I have tried Word Press, their designs are fantastic. I have not used Word Press this time. I do not have any idea if they pay people to post a blog there.

Yes, we can and the site guides us what to do. You can write blogs there.

I have been in the business for over a decade. Technically speaking there are some strategies to run ads on free sites, but it is impossible to make money because getting traffic is quite impossible.
